Ugh….pre ordered a sheet pizza on app. Pizza was cold and hard when we picked up. Frustrating. My recommendation with preorders…try to get as close as you can to pick up time to avoid cold pizza.

I went to Crosby's in little valley and asked if they were making subs I was told yes. I then placed my order for whole Italian and a half of roast beef and a half of Ham Sub I was just about finished with all of the extras when the other guy came over to tell me that they had no lettuce and tomato and onion??? What how do you make a Sub without the basic needs?? They lost my business really bad bad customer service.. this was on this Thursday 9/2024...

Thursday pizza deal. Wow! Pizza was dried out & right on the verge of being burnt. Unfit for human consumption. Threw them away. Never again!

Staff couldn't figure out how to give me my discount. Then staff could not take the items off my bill. Very disappointed with it. The rewards card didn't work.

This is the only gas station and twenty four hour grocery convenience store for many miles. It's like a beacon of light in the darkness when u are running out of gas in this area of the county. Crosby's pizza is second to none. I love the chicken finger pizza but it is award winning for gas station food. The staff is usually amazing but one time I caught an overnight worker who was extremely busy around one am. He was making several pizzas for a group of people that called in the order. I bought about 40 dollars worth of EBT qualifying groceries and my boyfriend put his beer on the same order. I told the man that he had to take the beer off for my EBT card to work as I needed to manage my cash and 40 dollars is a lot to spend that I didn't plan on spending. He argued with me about it and instead of just ringing the order up the way it was supposed to be I ended up having to pay for the order with cash. Which screwed up my budget for the week. That was the only negative experience I have had there though so I think it was the exception not the rule.
