“I lived in Cattaraugus for 7 years and always had excellent, friendly service from all of the postal employees. I wish I could remember everyone's name and mention them here, particularly the woman who consistently served me at five minutes to five with a smile when I rushed in (more than once) to mail "must mail today" legal papers for clients. The mailmen who delivered mail house-to-house are very friendly and personable and will go out of their way if needed. The post office sells postal supplies, and of course offers a variety of mailing services. They do sell and cash money orders (although I doubt they'd have the cash for any large money orders). Post office boxes are available. The post office does close an hour for lunch, although I can't recall if it was 12 to 1 or 1 to 2. They are open Saturdays until noon I believe. This is a "small town" post office that still has the services of larger offices. I've been to many post offices, and I have yet to experience the consistent wonderful service that the Cattaraugus Post Office has always provided.”
