Absolutely horrible billing system. I will never utilize this company again. If I could give them less than a one i would. You guys need to wakeup. I would rather rub two sticks together for warmth than use propane from your company.

Untimely deliveries, terrible customer service over the phone, empty promises of deliveries with no follow through. Had no issues for 8 out of 10 years, but once the walk in services closed its been nothing but issues for the past 2 years.

Doesn’t make timely deliveries, unable to fulfill orders. Almost recommending NY district Attorney and BBB for legal action. Sat on funds for over two week on several occasions.
