We needed a storage unit on a Sunday at the last minute. I went onto the website, reserved one, and they called me immediately telling me how to get in THAT day! It was easy, simple and it was exactly what I needed. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Locks didn't work, and I couldn't pick the unit I wanted. I liked the instant access. We used a lock at one of the other empty units to solve the interior lock problem, manager was working on the exterior locking system so I'm not sure when that resolved but at the move-in time it was a bit concerning to me. I'd like to see the interior space vacuumed out before we get it as there is a bit of dust and little debris in the crevices.

This team from B &C was polite, efficient, on time, packed the truck logically and were easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone. I will be using them when I move out of my current house, they were that good! The price was reasonable too!

Loyal customer of 3 years. They are raising our outdoor parking space price by 31 bucks a month. We found another storage facility closer to our home that’s actually cheaper than what we were paying. Have fun losing customers B&C should be ashamed of themselves
