“I had a serious issue with my plow truck—it wouldn’t move and there was transmission fluid everywhere. It ended up needing a transmission cooler, new lines, and a transmission dipstick. I had it towed to Fellow Car Care, and Justin was incredibly helpful from the start. Since it’s a plow truck, I needed it fixed ASAP, and he completely understood how important that was. He made it a priority and got the job done quicker than I expected. The work was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I’d absolutely give Justin and Fellow Car Care a 5-star review and highly recommend this business”

“I'm new to KeyBank and recently came in to open checking/savings accounts, my banker was Billie Jean and she was absolutely phenomenal! She's clearly passionate about her job and made me feel very welcomed! I've come to have a favorite teller now too, Joshalynn! I've stopped by several times to make deposits and she is an absolute ray of sunshine! She's very kind, very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! These women make you feel like you're walking into a relatives home, instead of a bank and I couldn't be more appreciative! You two are wonderful, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!! “I’ve been a member of CB for over 5 years and this is the best location around! Though it’s new, the staff seems great and everyone is helpful whenever I go or call. I’ll be honest…I’m not the most money-savvy person, and I was really nervous walking into the bank. I was worried I’d feel judged or embarrassed for not knowing all the right questions to ask. But, John (what a saint) made the entire experience feel easy, comfortable, and honestly…kind of delightful? He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without judgment, and created such a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.

He was so patient. He never rushed me or made me feel silly and he explained everything in normal human language instead of random bank jargon and checked in to make sure I understood before moving on. I walked in feeling nervous and left feeling way more confident about my finances and new account. This whole appointment he was literally glazing and complimenting me about my progress in school and achievements instead of focusing on what I didn’t know, and he made something intimidating feel low-pressure.

He also just has great energy. You can tell he genuinely likes helping people and wants them to feel comfortable. He treated me like a person and made space for real conversation and laughter.

He also did a great job explaining and offering Chase’s services, but in a way that felt informative rather than pushy. He mentioned options that could help me and walked me through them politely, but when I said “no” or “I need to think about it,” he immediately respected that. There were no awkward sales tactics, no trying to coerce me into opening more accounts. Ironically, that made me trust him more and actually want to come back and consider those options later.

I was lowkey I stress eating three lollipops during this appointment also (yes, three), and instead of making me feel awkward about it, he offered me more. He literally made my day.

Also, and this is important for character assessment, John likes Bad Bunny. This is, in my professional opinion, a strong indicator of good character. Anyone who appreciates global reggaeton icon Bad Bunny (one of the most influential Latin artists in the world, putting Spanish-language music and culture on the global stage) is very intelligent.

John has only been there three weeks but please promote this man already, he’s literally a gem. Chase, whatever you’re paying John is not enough!”

“Visted the Clay office the other day. The bank rep was good at explaining the details of the product I was interested in.
She even emailed my rep at the bank in Niagara Falls. That rep called within an half hour. Awesome service. The answer was not to my liking. However ,the service was top notch. I am very happy with both Reps.”

“This is my go to branch, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I switched from an online only bank back to a brick and mortar, ONLY because it was a hassle withdrawing money for large purchases. Only thing holding this institution back from 5 stars is their god-awful automated phone service and the terrible app that seems to do the bare minimum. I've been trying to change my Debit Card PIN for 20 minutes via the automated service, and I finally gave up. It keeps telling me "I didn't understand" and to "call back later during business hours", even though I'm using THE KEYPAD. NO KIDDING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I literally spoke to a rep earlier who told me use the automated line!The summary: real life people are always nice, but on the technological side, you'd have better luck using services designed by monkeys using typewriters.”

“Great experience with Chen: I arrived past 4pm and even though I had a complicated banking request, Chen offered to assist. He was very efficient+effective and managed to take care of everything faster than expected. This really helped me out since coming the next day was not an option for me.
