They treat their customers like gold and have an amazing variety of current styles of flooring at great price points.I was in the market for new flooring for a kitchen remodel. Being tied to 80’s style golden oak as trim throughout the house made looking for a flooring product that complimented the remodel nearly impossible. The folks at Syracuse Flooring were extremely patient as I borrowed close to 20 samples over the course of a month. When I still didn’t commit to a purchase after borrowing samples, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, no sales pitch or harassing phone calls. I continued to shop at the big box home improvement stores & other local flooring companies for price and product comparison. At the end of it all, I came back to where I started my search: Syracuse Flooring.Every person that I interacted with at this store - from borrowing samples to eventually loading the product into my vehicle after purchase - went over the top to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.A special thanks to Mike, who after my purchase realized that I paid for an extra box of flooring that was never received. He caught it during an inventory later in the week. I would’ve never realized it since my attention was focused on the rest of my kitchen remodel and I had another week before I was going to install the floor. Joy did our entire downstairs -family room, living room, foyer, kitchen, 1/2 bath (including wrapping around the 1/2 bath and seams meet perfectly). Joe knew my appreciation to detail and did not disappoint - I absolutely love looking down family room through the kitchen into the dining room (imagine straight like a 'bowling lane'). Joe took care of all the little things that you might not notice (like fixing all the 'squeeks' in my sub floor). Totally delighted!”
