Owner is a dick and overpriced. Was supposed to do proper paint correction and new bumper and the new bumper was a Chinese $150 bumper not paint matched at all. Yelled at me for calling and checking on my vehicles status every other day after having it 2 weeks longer than he promised. Always said it’ll be done tomorrow or the day after! All for a $2500 bill. Never going back

Best body shop within 150 miles!
I recently moved from Syracuse to Rochester and needed some body work done on my Passat. After searching for shops in Rochester I decided it was worth the drive back to Syracuse and I couldn’t have been more RIGHT!!!
In and out with a PERFECT fix in no time!
Brandon and Anthony are running a top notch business and I’d gladly make the 100 mile trip again next time I need some work done!

So far they have been my saving grace during all the craziness of my Kia being broken into and almost stolen!! They are the only people that have given me a bit of sympathy throughout this all shout to Brandon and Anthony I highly recommend this shop!!!!

This body shop is amazing! Not only are they personable, they are easy to talk with in regard to my repairs and did not treat me differently because I am a female. I had some minor body damage to the side of my truck and tailgate. A competitor wanted to repaint the side etc and it was going to cost over $3,200!! I took it to Chuck Taylor’s for an estimate and they looked and looked and suggested buffing first for $300 as he thought this would take care of the issue. Sure enough, a little buffing and their magic man dent puller who pulled a very small dent from tailgate and my truck looks brand new. Best $300 I ever spent. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for body work. ( in fact, already did to a friend). Best local business around!

Took a 2013 Silverado to Brandon to repair rust spots on box and cab. He took my truck apart and repaired the rust spots. My truck looks brand new. He even detailed inside and out at no extra cost. My estimate is exactly what I paid when I picked it up. Brandon also rented a 2024 Silverado for me while the work was being performed. He also kept end me informed on the status of the repair. I would highly recommend him.

My front license plate was coming off and I was able to get right in. Brandon explained what he did, why he fixed it the way he did, and did an absolutely incredible job. I’d highly recommend to anyone who needs great service!

Brandon was very helpful in repairing my mustang's convertible top.Alot of other repair shops didn't want to touch it. Brandon was challenged and made the necessary repairs. This is why I use them ever since his grandfather Chuck started the business to his Dad Ray running it now Brandon and his son Anthony

Dropped off on a Sunday and ready by 4pm the next day. I understand that not every repair is the same, but they were incredibly fast and professional. I highly recommend this company. All though I hope to never have to return, I will if I need body repair again in the future.
