This place is terrible the parking lot is a mess the workers here don’t want to actually work this place is just awful in so many reasons. Also the manager loves to waste her workers time when I was there I’ve seen 2 people go because of her. Also I’d like to make note that the blonde manger who works there makes up a story how I took $42 with no evidence that I did it so the other employees could have done it and for some reason I’m the one thrown under the bus. She is just a terrible person to work for.

Sign in the door says open until 10, Google says open until 10, customers who were in the lot with me said they are always open until 10, it's 9:37 pm and the lights are on, second door is open, but the front doors are locked and no one is here

Don't waste your time at this location. Alisha has an attitude and can't be bothered to help customers. I used the self check out line but needed assistance with something and she got mad because I said Excuse me.... Then she came over all irritated, kept screaming at me, and when I was trying to explain something, she yelled at me that she could cancel my entire order if she wanted to! I called customer service and put in a complaint, was told District Manager Eric would call me back in 24 hours. He didn't. I called again and was told he'd DEFINITELY call me that day. It didn't happen. Don't waste your time at this store. Go to the one on Rt 11 or Rt 57, or Old Liverpool Rd ... MUCH friendlier people.

Sad. This is one of the nicer stores but the employees are miserable and act bothered by customers. Parking lot is disgusting also.

Clean your parking lot. One of the newest stores around and you have my neighborhood looking like a ghetto. If you can't keep the store front clean stay out of my hood.

Was at this store today on bear rd, I went to self checkout and the screen had a item on it. I asked cashier if she could help me and she threw her keys went and got a paper, than turned screen and screen was not the same and I told her Again rudely looked at screen and pushed a few buttons and said ur fine, I looked at screen and asked did the item was off. She’s like omg really. I said I’m sorry it’s not off there. She’s the cashier w black hair. I worked in retail for 15 years, I had my bad days but I never take it out on customers it’s not there fault I was in a bad mood. My thing is if u are that rude, or u got issues with your job. Than u shouldn’t be in retail cause it’s stressful. No reason to take out on customers. Just saying. No reason to be rude. She was rude to customer that was behind me, which was a older. Just cause her card wasn’t working right. Unreal. I always go to this store and every one is nice, and it’s clean and neat.

I came in for a drink as I was driving by and there was a cat in the store! The employees told me they have tried taking him out many times but he just keeps opening the doors and coming back in. He's super loveable and I ended up staying longer and buying more items... unfortunately for my bank account haha. While in line, some old lady was giving the employee and hard time and said she was calling corporate to report the cat.Please don't let them take the cat from this store! I'm definitely shopping at this dollar store from now on because of this kitty. He's so adorable and made my day! There was also another older lady in line that pet the cat and took pictures of him. She was so happy too!
