My family has trusted Frank at Firestone for a while now. They just did work on my car and I couldn’t be happier and how he helped me with doing it financially the best way possible while making sure my car was safe to drive. They are an amazing team. Frank manages a great store! Five star service for sure!! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Told me four -month-old tires needed replacement despite almost full tread. Conveniently signed me up for credit with an outrageous percentage. Recommended a arm replacement. After installed car drove so poorly I went for a second opinion. Mechanic wrote a letter explaining it was THE MOST DANGEROUS REPAIR he's ever seen. Returned to demand a full refund, was told they couldn't do it. I called their regional office at the same time, and all of a sudden they could not only refund me, but didn't have to mail a check but could (and did) refund directly to my card. Not sure how the other stores operate but this reinforces the worst stereotypes of dealing with repair shops. If I didn't advocate so strongly I'd have been rolled over, or even dead/injured if I didn't seek another shop. BEWARE.

Second time using this store and will always be my first choice. The manager that works there Frank, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ordered what I needed and had them there same day. Highly recommend.

We take our company cars to Frank and the guys at Firestone all the time! They do a great job, are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Get us in and out in a very timely manner. I trust them to diagnose and fix everything we have had problems with in our fleet.

This is the only location and the only service station I use. The staff is reliable and honest. The technicians are excellent and they just do a great job.
