I just purchased a 2021 Nissan Rouge from Matthews Nissan Clay! I'm a person who buys a lot of vehicles because I can't find the right SUV I like. I worked with Ivy, she showed me a Rouge and was very thorough. I absolutely fell in love with a ruby red Rouge. Ivy was so kind and a pleasure to work with. The managers also helped me out immensely. Ivy, thank you for helping me find the right SUV for me. I appreciate all they did for me.

Buying a car. I hate it but one caught my eye. I went in to Matthew’s not planning to really buy and honestly I had a “non-positive” attitude and zero trust. Well I did buy! MY Rubicon caught my eye a month ago. ? I’m super happy!! Sabrina and the team made this the easiest, fair experience that I’ve ever had with an auto purchase. Honestly, I doubt I’ll deal with anyone else ever again. Thanks so much Sabrina and Matthew’s. Sometimes a specific vehicle is a dream too. ?

Chris Jones was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and made the stress of car buying a breeze. I felt in good hands that I was getting the best deal possible, and that I would be leaving in a vehicle that would take me where I needed to go. Every step of the way he answered any question without hesitation, and nor judgement. He made me feel comfortable and I am so thankful to have had him during this process!

I would highly recommend Matthews Nissan and our sales representative Joey. From the moment we pulled into the lot he was right there to greet us. Very knowledgeable and professional. My daughter was buying her first car and Joey made sure to explain everything to her with no pressure. We bought the car and when we went to pick it up we found a small issue. Joey immediately got the sales manager Rick and it was fixed. Thank You Joey for an awesome job. BTW I’ll be back for the chi tea lol

Sabina helped me purchase a new car in early September 2023, and the experience was wonderful. Sabina was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped me consider my purchasing options and pick the one that was best for me without trying to push options I didn't need.When I'm in the market for a new car again, Sabina and Matthews will definitely be my first stop!

I had such a good experience with Matthews Nissan of Clay. I was nervous about buying a new car but Zak was so friendly and understanding. And he answered all my questions, even when I asked the same ones over and over again. Once I made the decision, the process was simple, Zak took care of everything. And I love my new (to me!) 2018 Nissan Rogue!

I just bought out my lease and I cannot say enough about Ivy! I leased from her three years ago and I knew I wanted her to handle this transaction as well. She is so thorough and efficient. She made sure everything was in order when I got there, and was available to me in the days leading up for any questions I had. I appreciate her so much! SCAM DEALERSHIP BE CAREFUL!We drove the car several hours before we started to notice mild issues with gear shifting, we were not able to use the cruise control at all, and suddenly the engine light came on. But the car was still working/ running. We ran diagnostics prior to coming to the Nissan dealership.We knew what and where the issue was. Prior to Nissan, there was only one code told to us. When Nissan ran their codes we got the 3 bad codes and told our transmission was garbage and needed to be replaced, $5700.When we got the car back and drove it, we could not shift gears appropriately at all and the car would not go into over drive which was not an issue before the car went in. The car came back to us 100 times worse from the dealership than going in. That was Saturday.Sunday, we took a look at the car and saw a freshly ripped white wire to the speed sensor.We took a picture.(There was no indication of corrosion or anything else except the wire ripped).We can understand that if there was any corrosion or whatever, it can happen. But when the car was checked before giving it to Nissan, no wires were found loose, or exposed. There was no indication of corrosions noted either.The car was intentionally damaged.Long story short, WE replaced the speed sensor and reconnected the cut wire. The car runs beautifully now. We have zero issues with it. We have been driving it nonstop as before.I understand that Nissan lost money during Covid. But doing this to a loyal customer who owns 3 Nissan vehicles currently.I know one thing for sure, I am telling all my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone who owns a Nissan Vehicle about what has happened especially at this dealership.This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Nissan.I’ve become very skeptical about dealerships and their reliability. If I can’t trust my dealership then why should I drive their cars?

This is my 6th Nissan at this dealership. These guys went over and above too make a sale and keep a guy like me to keep coming back. I also tell all my friends about how nice they are. I also want to say thanks to Chris for the no pressure deal he got me. My number 1 salesman.

They made a deal for me that I thought I couldn’t pass up on. When looking at the car I did notice a dent in the back end and some scratches so they added even more to my trade in value … I thought it was great until I went to good year to get a single TPMS replaced the employee working on my car brought me in the back to show me all 4 TPMS systems were in bad condition and ALL 4 of my tires are dry rotted ??♀️ so I went right to the dealership they told me go to Subaru dealership in Syracuse since my car is still under warranty…. Nothing is covered I got quoted $998.75 to replace 3 TPMS (since I already paid $92 to replace 1), 4 brand new Tires, alignment and balancing and mounting. Because I bought my car from a place that is not certified Subaru dealership Subaru will not cover the cost of the repairs and Mathew Nissan of Clay pushed me away to have somebody else deal with their laziness.
