Seems like every time I go to the Liverpool NY location it’s closed no matter time of day it is. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you want your supplements don't come here because chances are they're closed. The employees never seem to want to come out of that back room. Been trying to come here after work for almost a week and the door is locked 15 to 30 minutes before they close.

Always have great customer service here! The employees always make sure that I am set on multivitamins and ask if I want the pro membership to save some money. Cleanest store I’ve ever been to!!
