I used the car wash tunnel drive-thru. After exiting there is a towel cabinet! I dried off my windows, chrome, lights, & rims. Wet towels go in a container. I absolutely love this since I don't have to bring my own. Thank you!

I use the do- it- yourself wand, not the drive- thru. $ 6:00 for 6 minutes. Does a good job but also could use a little more power. Never hav a problem.....clean premises, quick operation....Vacuums available that work well.

The main advantage of this business is that it's very inexpensive. That's not the same as calling it a "good value" which, in my view, it is not. We bought "the works" for $17. And, on a positive note, it is a nice touch that, following the drive-through, auto wash, there are some clean "wheel and paint towels" one can use to finish up. But, to justify the two-star rating:- the responsiveness isn't good. On a sunny and warm weekend day, no one answered at their phone number and no one was on site. They do seem to offer some kind of human "detailing" service but I'm skeptical about the value that would provide even if one has the time and foresight to email and schedule days in advance. Neither the website, social media nor the voice message clearly explain whatever options and lead time required. - as for the drive through, the brushes and spray nozzles don't much contact the lower sections of a car. And, the relatively short time for drive through further ensures a mediocre to bad job will result. In this respect, this automated drive-through was is actually somewhat inferior to other automated drive throughs we've experienced around the country.- to be clear, no one should expect a decent hand wash or detailing for anywhere near the $17 "the works" cost here. It is very affordable. But, we felt as if we mostly set fire to our $17. Had there been a way to quickly schedule a decent hand wash for triple or quadruple or the price, we'd have done that without giving it a second thought. And, for "automated" solutions like this one, allowing customers to use a hose, with some soap and towels, for $25 or so would be vastly superior as well. As it stands now, if you're short on time and come here with a dirty car, you will leave with a similarly dirty car and just some small dry towels to make it a bit better on the margin. No doubt this "business model" works for some folks. But we won't come here again. Much better to engage a high school kid from the neighborhood for $25 or $30....or even a pro or semi-pro detailer for $50-$150 dollars if the goal is really get your car washed, waxed or detailed inside and out. Godspeed Liverpoolians. Forewarned is forearmed.

Loved the warm car clothes they give you to dry your car off with. That's the only reason I go to this car wash

The automatic lane is a brush style car wash so I wouldn't recommend if you have an aftermarket roof rack or other things that can get caught in the brushes. The undercarriage wash runs for around 25 seconds, about average for washes in the area. Card is accepted at the auto lane and there are drying towels to use!

I love this place. My car comes out so clean, and I love the accommodated towels to dry my baby off.

Hello, just used the Grieb Tunnel car wash for the 1st time. My only complaint is that hardly any soap is sprayed on your car before the wash begins. The car should be covered in thick soap and allowed to soak for a few seconds before the wash begins. Other than that, the car wash is very clean and the complimentary towels are a nice touch.

I love bringing my car here since it is the cleanest facility and is always quiet. I bought the automatic car wash premier pass which is great. The owner is super knowledgeable and always has his staff on call to help others. The wash gets the undercarriage of the car to get rid of the salt so my car doesn't rust out in Syracuse winters. The wash pass for the price will easily take me through the whole winter and not waiting in huge lines like other washes is worth more than you think.Service: Auto detailing

Grieb Carwash is the best automatic car wash in Syracuse. Super clean facility with well maintained equipment and friendly personal. The vacumes are super clean with hoses that are always coiled up. The self serve bays are also top-notch with steaming hot water that quickly removes road salt and grime extending the life of my truck. My favorite part is the clean microfiber towels provided for you to dry off your vehicle after exiting the tunnel! A+Service: Auto detailing

I bought the full plg. The under carriage cleaning did part of front as I slowly drive in, the wash did entire vehicle, the wax did half my vehicle, same as rinse, the dryer did front of my trk & that was it. It was waste of $

I've been going here for years. The automatic car wash is terrific and when you get done they offer towels so you can dry off the remaining drops. Also, the property is very clean and people who frequent Grieb Car Wash are very friendly. Highly recommended!Service: Full body wash
