Dan was absolutely amazing and saved us! Our car had an issue and was causing the loudest rattling noise. Rolled in on a Sunday at 1pm and Dan had it fixed and rolling out by 2pm.

My tires were reaching the end of their life and one of them blew out. I’m the kind of person that does most all of his own work. Tires, brakes, clutches and I’m really picky about where I bring my cars. I checked out the prices online for a new set of tires and went in looking to haggle, but I ended up getting na new set of brand name tires for about $80 more than I wanted to spend including lifetime rotations. These guys have swapped tires for me for free, patched tires for free on more than one occasion. They are good dudes and in my experience honest. I’m car guy, I’ll continue to bring my Volkswagens here for tires, alignments, and rotations.

The people who work here are as solid as they come. I started going here out of proximity, it’s close to where I live. I really got lucky because every visit here has been an absolute pleasure. Everyone from the front desk staff to the mechanics are so friendly and easy to talk to. My oil change appointment went by in a blink because of the easy conversation in the lobby. Prices are reasonable and they’re quick to let you know if there’s a deal on your service or a rebate available 😊
I’m sitting here in my car after a recent oil change and I got a nice chuckle out of my sticker just now 🐱 it’s the little things in life. Thank you to Goodyear in bayberry plaza for keeping my car safe and keeping me a happy customer long after I leave ☺️

They damaged one of my brand new tires and acted like it came like that or we did it when taking the packaging off which def didn’t happen. Doesn’t help the tire they took off they blew out the side of so it couldn’t be put back on.

I stopped by Good Year on a Friday night at 5pm with a screw in my tire that was losing air rapidly! I was greeted at the door and after explaining my dilemma, the staff member said, “we can take care of this for you” then got my car in within 10 minutes! 20 minutes later the tire was saved and I was on my way! Thank you for the 5 star service and rescuing me!
