They were nice at first but they didn’t know what they were doing. I had to walk them through the process and they were still confused. When I saw I wasn’t getting what I should be they fought with about it. Told them I’m going back to turbo tax and then they were pretty rude. To go to a “professional” and for them not to be a professional they wasted my time. Had to walk out

I personally do NOT recommend this place, the lady i worked with had a very rude attitude when i was trying to explain something to her, and tried talking to me like i didn’t know anything. I ended up leaving and definitely never going back. Zero stars.
