7/3/25 - after having my appointment cancelled at the Oswego Rd location ( with only 20 minutes notice) I decided to take a chance and try a walk in appointment at this location
I arrived and checked in, my wait time was less than a half hour- the technician who drew my blood was a pleasure to deal with! I have terrible anxiety about needles and I have specific directions as how to have my blood drawn - this technician listened to my concerns and without hesitation or comments did as I asked. I was so happy that I made the decision to go, I didn’t get the name of the girl, but she appeared to be the only one who was doing blood draw at 9-10 am, so if you can please let her know that I really appreciate her

I made an appointment for a time sensitive pre-employment drug screening and the staff refused to see me because they have decided they won't do testing after 2:30 pm, though their system allows appointments as late as 2:45pm (they were still present at the location and likely able to do the test). I found this to be extremely unprofessional, they could have called and asked me to come in earlier if they cared at all about their patients.

1 person, 12 people waiting, 3 with appointments. Apparently appointments don't matter. Don't go unless you have hours to wait

Terrible experience: 5 needle sticks to get blood, and one of the needle sticks hit a nerve, that was Nov.18th. December 11, went to my Dr. appointment which was a new Dr. for me. He says I see you didn't get your bloodwork done? Yes I did Dr, , well we have nothing from the lab. Have always used this lad, well NO MORE!

On June 17th 2024 I was a walk-in patient at 8:20 am. Right after I completed the self check in I was ushered in for my blood draw, than I was done. Total of 12 minutes. The young woman at the desk was pleasant, the one taking my blood was also pleasant and very good at blood drawing. As far as it being clean or not, I found it to be clean, although the carpet near thr reception area needed to be replaced. Other than that it was fine. You can see a lot of empty bins in the back that may look a little messy, but every lab has them due to volume of supplies needed. Also results were posted next day on portal. I will be using them from now on.

I am typically not one to write reviews or voice complaints, but I believe this experience warrants an exception. On June 8th, 2024, I arrived at 9:01 AM to complete a drug test. From the moment I approached the counter and was neither greeted nor acknowledged, I sensed something was amiss.
When I informed the staff of my purpose, I was abruptly told that no one would be accepted for testing after 9:00 AM. The reason given was that completing all tests would extend past their closing time. This was perplexing, especially since their website indicates they are open until noon, and the front door signage states they close at 10:00 AM.
I understand the pressures of handling a high volume of customers an hour before closing time. However, it is essential to recognize that this is not a favor but a service for which we have paid. Declining service an hour before the stated closing time, without any flexibility, is unacceptable. It is baffling to think that arriving a mere 45 seconds earlier would have made the difference between receiving service and being turned away.
This experience raises significant concerns about the reliability and customer care standards of this establishment. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of consideration for paying clients.

The phlebotomists are fast, skilled, efficient for someone like me who has no medical complications and comes hydrated and doesn't get woozy. HOWEVER the check in feels like you are greatly bothering them just being there. Front desk staff is in there listening to music and having personal calls on speakerphone when you enter the dark waiting room and let you check in on a glitchy/malfunctioning machine without even looking up from their personal call. The staff could also be heard yelling back and forth to each other through the small space, loudly complaining about the job and people in general in the very short time I was there. Rude and unprofessional and they made you feel like they actively hated you is the best way to describe it. On the other hand, never had to wait for an appointment longer than expected and the draws went quickly and smoothly for me. Overall not the worst medical office experience out there, but they do really really hate all humans so very much.

If I could give it a negative review, I would. Worker came out 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and told me not to get hostile when I said I was waiting 30 minutes. Rude Rude Rude. Very stressful experience. Other location cancelled my appointment twice due to lack of employees. Bad corporation
