If I could give it a negative review, I would. Worker came out 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and told me not to get hostile when I said I was waiting 30 minutes. Rude Rude Rude. Very stressful experience. Other location cancelled my appointment twice due to lack of employees. Bad corporation

Phlebotomist working there at 10:30am on 10/31/2023 was slow and unfriendly. I believe she broke off the tip of the needle in my arm. In the process of finding out what to do next. Avoid this toxic dump.

I showed up to a locked door with no window and they don't answer the phone. For all I know they were actually in there. They clearly were not open at 815 in the morning. It says they open at 7.

My 4yr old daughter had a great experience. Went in early and it was super fast, friendly, and got the blood in the first draw.

Asked upon arrival if they participate with my insurance. The answer was we submit to all insurance companies. That wasn't my question.Had to stick me twice to be able to draw blood. A very uncomfortable experience!

Why in Gods name would you have only ONE person doing everything? I had a medical emergency while I was there which held things up for him, yet he was such a gem dealing with me. You seriously need to deal with this issue and not take advantage of your employees this way.

The website says it is open until 11am on Saturdays. I arrived at 10:30 am, another woman arrived just ahead of me , but the girl in scrubs was locking the door to leave. The woman told her she had driven an hour to get to the lab on time, and she was VERY upset. The girl running the lab didn't even reply. I said, The website says you are open until 11am. She turned around and looked at both of us and said, well we're not. We close at 10:30am. She went in the lab and locked the door. This girl could not possibly have been more rude. I called my doctor today and had them fax my script to lab alliance. I will NEVER Do business with lab core again. If I had read all the other reviews , I never would have gone there to begin with. If I could give them negative stars I would....

Very bad experience; very unpleasant female took my info & drew my blood. Normally I have very pleasant gentleman that is great at drawing blood. She was abrupt & my blood draw was the most painful I've ever had & continued to be painful after I left office. I would never let her draw my blood again!!!! It appears that she can't stand people.

The woman was so worried about taking her lunch break she shooed me out the door and said she didn't have our prescription (which she did have)I should add, we showed up at 11:45, the place was empty, and it was for a urine culture. This urine culture was in preparation for my daughter's surgery and I informed her of that.She handed me a dixie cup with a lid that was not sterile, no seal, with no sanitary wipe and said set it on the counter and you're all done just leave. This did not seem right to me so I inquired with the urologist office and they said that my daughter was supposed to pee directly into a sterile cup.The facility was also unsanitary. The bathroom did not have a working sink and we had to wash our hands at the station outside of the bathroom area.We had to scramble to send her prescription to another lab to have the test properly done. This could have delayed my daughter's surgery that we have waited months for.I don't blame the woman who was stuck working alone, though she was unprofessional, she was there all by herself and probably did need her lunch break. I am saddened by the conditions of this office and that this is what our healthcare system has come to. Diagnostic labs are very important and certain protocols and standards should be very strictly adhered to. People's lives can be put at stake when specimens are improperly handled.Shame on you.

Why do you not have a front desk person for this office, there’s only one person that checks people in and draws their blood. The man was very nice but things would go smoother if he had someone to help him check people in. It’s ridiculous!

Stop by at labcorp in Liverpool ny north med building not knowing it was lunch time and was waiting in the waiting room when we were told by a man that worked there in a rude manner to leave the office and wait outside the door. Never going back to them ever ! Customer service has really gone down hill ! There are ways to say things to people .
