Placed an online order that said would be ready next day ended up taking two weeks to be delivered to my house and when they finally arrive one box of the solar lights was completely shattered. Called store directly and the manager Alisha was not helpful at all or understanding and kept saying “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do you need to return it to the store and place a new order.” Called the customer service and the same issue. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. Poor customer service and poor products.

Horrible experience, will NEVER be shopping with (especially THIS) Lowe’s again. Both items originally said available for pickup next day, after getting pickup email, they tell me it will be another week and a half for my other item. Cherry on top, item shows up to my house completely shattered and STORE MANAGER “Alesha” repeatedly told me “unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do besides have you return the item and reorder it”. She then refused to give me her manager’s contact information.

After several orders with this store, I’ve noticed a lack of consistency in following through on their principles of ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their concerns. I understand that they’re a large and well-established store, and I don’t expect them to cater to every single customer. However, it’s disheartening to see them so willing to let me go and give my business to their partner without a second thought.

This place is horrible! Zero employees will help you and they turn the other way when you ask them a question. I had an employee tell me to go across the street because he didn't want to help me, so I did. I canceled my contractor account and opened one up across the street.

Absolutely disgusting place, people that run it are absolutely garbage. Buy nothing from this company. Customer service is a complete joke, out $600 for an honest mistake and they wont even give me a store credit to swap to the proper item needed. Do yourself a favor and stay away

Very nice store most of the employees are very helpful and friendly but a few are not at all. I really like their selection of Kobalt tools. Lawn and garden has some good deals. Get the app for the best deals and resources.

No checkout registers open, but 3 employees were standing around in the paint department (across from the registers) just chatting and laughing. I asked if they could help check me out. They said no and pointed me to the self checkout machines. As I walked by the normal registers there was another employee, I asked her if she could check me out and she said no and pointed me to the self checkout machines. I guess no one can be trained to use the checkout registers?

Tina and Bill were AWESOME! Tina really took her time in making sure that my boyfriend I found the perfect edition gazebo to add to our new home. Tina and Bill were both had friendly attitudes and made our shopping experience 10x better. I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service skills.

One of the better Lowe’s I’ve been too. Aisles are kind of tight with a cart though and with kids that’s not great. Still can find things pretty easily!
