Marshall and Mauro Property Maintenance is by far the best cleaning crew our long time family business Functional Communications Corporation /Mood Media has had. The owners, Ross and Kevin, are extremely focused on client needs and requests and they clearly care and are results oriented. Their staff is very proficient and address details on their routine visits as they come up. I strongly recommend Ross and Kevin for any local commercial space.

We have been working with Marshall & Mauro Property Maintenance for 9 years or longer now. They service several of our offices and have always done a great job. Most important is that the owners are very responsive and communicate with us on things as needed. They are always willing to work with us on different processes, as well as budgeting. They are very honest and can always be trusted. These are all additional qualities we appreciate that go beyond doing a great job cleaning for us.

Our firm has utilized the services of Marshall & Mauro for approximately 15 years. We had previously used the services of several other local companies with poor satisfaction. Marshall & Mauro have been 100% dependable in delivering their services and have always performed above and beyond our expectations. Our space is always clean and orderly and we receive many compliments from our clients. Their staff has been consistent , friendly and honest. The Company has also provided extra services to us as requested for reasonable prices. They have done a great job in a difficult business.
