The worst customer service of a bank ever. And everyone gives out different information to me. I was told a check would be cleared by the next day and a week later it’s still “on hold”. So frustrating.

Terrible experience presented a paper copy of my drivers license and my retired military identification, they told me that that a federal identification was only considered secondary, not on a soap box but I earned that identification through action I was involved with in the military, it’s an utter disgrace that I have to be embarrassed because I pull out my I’d. I am going to move to another bank as soon as possible

This is my go to branch, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I switched from an online only bank back to a brick and mortar, ONLY because it was a hassle withdrawing money for large purchases. Only thing holding this institution back from 5 stars is their god-awful automated phone service and the terrible app that seems to do the bare minimum. I've been trying to change my Debit Card PIN for 20 minutes via the automated service, and I finally gave up. It keeps telling me "I didn't understand" and to "call back later during business hours", even though I'm using THE KEYPAD. NO KIDDING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I literally spoke to a rep earlier who told me use the automated line!The summary: real life people are always nice, but on the technological side, you'd have better luck using services designed by monkeys using typewriters.

Sat in drive through for 24 minutes with 2 cars ahead of. 16 minutes in - the first car was sent off.The two women tending the drive through WALKED AWAY for 6 minutes. Upon return- finished a single vehicle.Promptly LEFT AGAIN, though visible through window- to play with a cash counting machine for roughly 4-6 minutes. 2/3 original cars just idling. Waiting.After 24 minutes I reversed and entered the lobby.Attitude. “We are training today”.That justifies it.

I only went there to get quarters. I have noticed lately many business's do not give change or in buying quarters or other change.

Had a phenomenal experience today at M&T. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I had an especially great experience working with Colleen P. She is certainly an asset to this branch and community and I hope she's recognized for it. Keep up the good work, M&T!

Teller-in-training not sure of what to do a month ago. Today still did not comprehend savings withdrawal with cash back. I even told him I wanted cash back. He couldn't form a question to his trainer. He stuffed my cash in an envelope handing it to me without counting. Experience was D-. This teller-in-training is lost cause.

They completely rob you of your money. I've paid well over 2,000 dollars in overdraft fees and extended overdraft fees alone and a lot of them were from their own fees. Not sure what half of those people are there for. Tried to call to get my money back and had to go through 4 different people it's just plain ridiculous. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
