Will never set foot in a Quest Diagnostic again. I never got my blood drawn because it was too close to closing,even though I was there for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging my existence. Then when the person finally did she was extremely rude in her presentation as to why she could not take me in. She then tried to get me to make an appointment, which I refused to, I told her there were plenty of places to get my lab work done. I went to the competition at approximately the same time before they closed. They took my blood and treated me in a courteous and respectful way, unlike Quest.

Didn't have to wait long for my appointment time, friendly staff and I barely felt the needle which is great because I have a fear of needles

If anyone has to get bloodwork anywhere, choose here and hopefully you get Sharon! Not only is she funny, incredibly kind, and personable but is the BEST person that has ever taken my blood! So great at what she does and always so helpful.

The woman who took my blood this past Saturday morning was absolutely amazing (wish I could remember her name)! Personable, funny, thorough, and literally the best blood taker I have EVER had. Didn't even feel the needle go in.... she was just amazing!! I hope this gets back to her.... we need more people like her in the medical profession!

Kathy was so great and I had such a pleasant experience. I always pass out when I get blood drawn but she made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment! I really appreciated her kindness today.

Great experience. Never utilized “Buy a lab test” option until now. It was extremely easy. Bought online and scheduled for “in-person” appointment at Quest location the same day. Fast, efficient and clean. Extenuating circumstances due to Primary Care Physician cancellation necessitated this option. The staff was friendly and experienced. Have used a different Quest location years ago for a regular blood draw – again excellent experience / staff. Would definitely recommend for those in similar circumstances.
