I received an email early morning of the delivery informing me that the delivery people were coming to me sometime soon. About 30 minutes later I received a text saying that the truck with my new chair will be at my apartment in 11 minutes. When the two delivery people arrived and I opened the door, one walked straight into the apartment and kept walking away from me before I had the chance to tell him which room the chair needed to be placed. The other man stood next to me by the door until I closed it behind him. I know the first man was looking to make sure the "route or path" to bring the wide chair in was clear for them, but I didn't like that he just walked right in and checked out my whole apartment before I could tell him where to go! I understand they have a schedule, but I feel he should have waited next to me so that I could give direction before taking off without me. They determined the path was clear and brought my chair, which was in two parts, into my sitting room. They worked pretty quickly to set up the chair, plug it in, as it is a power recliner, and make sure that it was working. The "leader" then informed me about the clearance needed from the wall and how to scan the code from the attached tags so that my smartphone could be the wireless remote for the chair. Both men were kind to me.

My wife and I made a big move after she retired. We came to our new home with no furniture. We had a major problem with a contractor so we were slow getting everything ordered for the bedrooms and this week the furniture was ordered for the living room and Dining room. Diane and I would personally like to thank Jay Beck. Jay is not just an incredible salesman but he is kind, caring and has taken such good care of us. Jay has worked with us relentlessly making sure every detail to all our orders was exactly what we need, how things fit and how colors match. Jay has spent so much time with us on every visit. We consider Jay a true friend and he continues to take care of us like family. We are so grateful.

Lori was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the furniture is excellent. We were happy to do a lay away until we paint and carpet our living room. Thanks again ?.

My fiancè and I went in looking to purchase a full living room set. Our experience was excellent and we had great conversation with Patrick mills. He was extremely knowledgeable on all products and gave GREAT customer service. We are looking to furnish my fiancès office soon and will be back for all future purchases. Everyone was great. Our salesperson, Jim Harris, Clay location, was super friendly and understanding as we were shopping with our 2 kids (we are part of the 2 under 2 crowd-so everything has a super small window of opportunity). We were shopping for a new mattress and our salesperson let us put the kids on the bed with us to allow us to really get a feel for what the mattress would be like at home. We had our new mattress delivered and our old mattress removed. Delivery was fast, and super convenient. The delivery men were so nice and even honked their horn for my 1.5 year old daughter, who currently is intrigued by big trucks, as she waved bye to them. Will 100% buy furniture from them again!

My wife and I walked in to see what options we had for new living room furniture. A sales person by the nameOf Lori L approached and helped us a lot with our decision making. All I can say is that Lori made it so easy and that she answered all of our questions we had and our delivery date is Sunday 9/3/23. I can’t wait!Update: My sectional was delivered within the timeframe with 2 professional gentlemen who did a fantastic job by talking to me and each other regarding how to put it together and how I want it to be placed. I am beyond excited for this new furniture. Thank You!

Raymour has the best selection and quality. Our salesman Tom Seaver explained each piece of furniture we were interested in and answered all of our questions and made sure they were all answered. He did research and got back to us (unlike the other places we looked). He is a true asset to Raymour and Flanagan. Love our furniture!

Can't speak about the actual furniture as it has not yet been delivered - but the Sales Person Patrick from the PA store was WONDERFUL. He got me discounts on my furniture, and arranged to have it shipped to me within the week. I'll add photos after it gets here on Wed. but so far this has been a great experience!UPDATE - beds were delivered and they are fantastic!! Smooth delivery, great quality and service

I had a terrific experience at the Liverpool Raymour & Flanigan store. Lindsay was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience easy and pleasant. I can't wait to receive my new recliner and will definitely buy from R&F again in the future.

Sales Associate was knowledgeable, friendly and let us do our thing without hounding us! Prices were great! All around excellent experience. Much better than we had at Dunkin Bright. We should have bought our couch here.

Great experience from the moment I walked in, Alexandria Collins who was my salesperson was amazing. She spent over 2 hours with me trying to find the right furniture, she never once rushed me and was very helpful with ideas and showing me various options. I will refer to her any chance I get!!

I was not home, but my wife was and kindly ask the delivery crew, lead by Josiah, to not enter upstairs on the carpet with their shoes. She even offered them new surgical scrubs to cover their shoes and they said no because they would slip. So she asked if they would take their shoes off and they said they would not and if they can’t go upstairs with their shoes on then they would drop it at the entrance of the house and she would have to take it up herself. It’s a $3,000 + king temper pedic mattress. Patrick sold it to us. He was a nice guy. We just moved in and have new carpets. The delivery guys don’t care so be careful and choose a company with better reviews on those who deliver.

Horrible experience which is STILL ongoing. The delivery team broke a light fixture, and dented & marked up my walls in multiple places. It took several phone calls to them before and after sending photos and estimate to fix what they broke. I was promised a check was going out to me and I'd have it within 7 - 10 days. It's been more than that and I have received NOTHING. Emails to them now go unanswered. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again, all I want is the reimbursement check for the damage they caused.
