Connor waited on me today and was extremely rude and argumentative. In addition to being rude and disrespectful he refused to wait on the customers behind me. We had been in a line that was experiencing difficulties with a customer’s gift cards. I spoke with two managers who stated that they would address my concerns. Very disappointed!

I have slowly changed my review down to 1. It just is always something here. I had to wait for a return for 20 minutes once, because no one knew a specific piece of info. I have had items double ring that they then said are now my fault even though it was a cashier (cameras prove this). Even worse is the last time I was there they had an item misplaced and blamed me for asking for the price advertised. (Included in photos). Don't label things one price if they are not, then get mad at me for pointing it out. The fact this target is this bad compared to every other one around is disappointing.
In the photo you can see the $13 price tag. At register it was $10 more. They blamed me as if I was their employee that put it there wrong.

Lovely evening. Loads of people in line for self checkout. No one there for returns. Saw about 25 people waiting to pay and two employees. Customer service is YOU WAITING ON YOURSELF

I placed an order for pickup today at the Target in Clay, NY. When I needed additional help with my pickup order, Stephanie, the manager on duty, stepped in and provided excellent customer service! Thank you, Target, for providing such a professional, helpful, and understanding customer service oriented employee!! It made my shopping experience awesome!!

The Target on RT 31 is filthy with clothes all over the floor and the shoe department had shoes everywhere. I won’t shop here again absolutely ridiculous. Looks like KMart before they closed disgusting

Nice cashier and a few friendly associates throughout the store who were smiling and just plain nice.
With that said, the experience was much more bad than good. Extremely long and slow checkout lanes, clothes were everywhere and all over the floor, nothing is ever priced and so many things aren't where they should be, so you have to price check anything you're interested in which I just gave up on, so target lost some business there. Also, none of the funko pops were where they should be and were a mess and prices are just nuts. Why am I going to pay more for something at target than I would pretty much anyplace else, including ebay even with shipping? Just because you're demographic is mostly pretentious rich people who like to throw money away, doesn't mean everyone has a silver spoon up their butts and wants to spend extra just because. I mean, I make 6 figures, so I'm not poor, but I'm still not throwing money out just because you're target.

I visited the Clay Target on Good Friday to purchase some last minute Easter supplies. The store was busy, and I was expecting messy displays and a long wait, but had a great shopping experience. I found all the items I needed, and had a negligible wait for a cashier. The staff were friendly and helpful.

biggest joke of a pharmacy I have ever seen! if you need medication DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, RUDE, FORGET ABOUT GETTING ANYONE ON THE PHONE.......TARGET AND CVS ARE COMPLETE TRASH AND THEY VALUE NOTHING BUT $
