Terrible management! I rented their apartment in Syracuse for a year and they did not return the security deposit of $1600. No response from the landlord or any ownership from the management. Any student looking to rent their property, please avoid this management.

Jeanette is a very rude person. I went through a situation, and she wouldn't remove the late fee for rent. I left the place cleaner than what they gave me, and they charged me $150, stating it was not clean. I would not recommend anyone to live there. This place sucks. Look for a different complex to move into.

DO NOT RENT. This company is completely a scam. They asked for a bunch of personal information copies just for a tour application. I submitted everything and they just disappeared. No one replied to emails or phone calls anymore. Now I'm considering calling the police.
