About TJMG Properties
TJMG Properties manages rental homes and apartments. The experience of renting from them is generally positive, with many tenants describing the process as easy, professional, and efficient. The online portal is a highlight, allowing for electronic lease viewing, document uploads, and easy monthly payments. Communication from leasing agents is often praised as wonderful, quick, and highly professional. However, there are noted concerns with property maintenance and management. Some reviews state that maintenance communication is horrible and that overall property management is poor. Specific issues include huge potholes in driveways and atrocious landscaping that tenants wish was better kept. Additionally, the universal lease agreement can cause confusion, as it is designed for apartments and contains clauses that do not apply to rental homes, which makes some tenants nervous. Despite these upkeep issues, many residents are happy, reporting that problems are handled in a timely fashion and that they would recommend the company.

Terrible company. Does not respond to any requests. Maintenance is non existent. Our roof leaked every six months, nothing was ever done. They sold our complex without even telling the tenants. 100% stay away. They’re no better than slumlords.

Terrible management! I rented their apartment in Syracuse for a year and they did not return the security deposit of $1600. No response from the landlord or any ownership from the management. Any student looking to rent their property, please avoid this management.

Jeanette is a very rude person. I went through a situation, and she wouldn't remove the late fee for rent. I left the place cleaner than what they gave me, and they charged me $150, stating it was not clean. I would not recommend anyone to live there. This place sucks. Look for a different complex to move into.
