“We had a great experience at the Lego store. Kind staff and great selection of sets and Minifigures and bricks. We visited around Easter time so the staff held a Lego egg hunt of sorts to be completed for a gift, which my son enjoyed! Tim was great to us when he rung us out. We shall make a day trip again and come back!”
“The owner is very nice and talkative with customers...or he let's you shop without talking. An amazing collection of old comics and modern day. He has random collectibles sprinkled throughout and some statues and prices in the entire store I am very happy with. This is what a comic shop should be and I highly recommend it. Side note: He has so much stuff that aisles are small so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.”
“I was in 5 Below to find graduation gifts for 13 preschoolers. And of course I HIT THE JACKPOT!!! Bracelets, squishy ball fidgets, bubbles, sunglasses, etc they had it all and at prices I could afford when buying for 13 (and I work at a nonprofit preschool so I'm not rolling in the dough)?. So we were able to fill 13 gift baskets with loads of loot. And the kiddos LOVED THEM ❤️. And finally, the service was awesome. The girl up front invited me to bypass self checkout & rang me up, saving me precious time. She was friendly, happy & focused on me ( unlike so many cashiers these days). 5 Below has my business locked. They rock?”
“Came down from Canada, and checked out this place while visiting in syacruse. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Best part was seeing a gold rc10L on the display shelf! (I can finally cross that off my bucket list of stuff to see). Great overall place!”
“After ordering a teddy bear with a voice recorded message online I was left more than disappointed. The bear itself was good but the recording was so far less than par, it was simply unacceptable. I called the syracuse ny store and the lady who I talked to was more than happy to help! She made sure that I still had the recording and told us to bring the bear into the store and they would make it the best they could. I explained this bear was for a little girl under 1 who just lost her daddy and the voice that was to be recorded was his. We brought the bear and the message to the store and the employee who helped was great! She listened to the recording first put in the bear and agreed it was totally unacceptable, she then took the recorded message and made 2 recordings even went into a quiet hallway to get the best recording. After she was done his voice is clear and no longer sounding like an alien. Thank you to the employees in syrscuse NY for making a precious lifelong memory for a special little girl!”
“Shopping at Ollies' is fun! Their motto "Good stuff cheap" is right on. I am an avid reader and I have gotten a lot of good books for great prices. Going to Ollies' is an adventure! You never know what you'll find. Even their cheesey ads are fun.
I just wish there was one in Cortland! Now there is....yay!!”

“All depends on what you are looking for but they have nice rugs and furniture for cheap plus tons of toys! They also let me bring my dog in when it was hot out which was really nice.”
“There's a big selection and we can anyways find something we want there, but it's much more expensive than you can buy online. The cashiers never pressure us into buying anything but they also are quite indifferent when purchasing an expensive game and you would think fellow nerds would be saying something about the game being purchased or something. They have books based on games, cookbooks based on movies, games for kids and adults, and puzzles among other things.”
“Favorite childhood place to go shop as a kid as well as adults. They do piercings to the ears only and they wear gloves when doing so. Prices range depending on the location of the piercings. Took my daughter there to get her wars pierced and the service was very welcoming.”

There is a small area of board games. The staff were very helpful. The store is located just to the right as one enters the mall's main entrance.”
