Unique eCigs in Liverpool offers a wide selection of vapor units and oils at good prices, including sale kits. The business is focused on helping adult smokers transition away from cigarettes and high-nicotine products through vapor technology and a step-down process. The staff is consistently described as excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They provide fantastic customer service, taking ample time to explain products, demonstrate how to use them, and help customers choose the best setup for their individual needs. This results in very satisfied customers who feel educated rather than just making a sale.
The shop is often busy with regular clients, indicating consistent service and pricing. Staff members are compassionate and go above and beyond, even assisting home-bound customers with detailed phone orders. They work helpfully within New York state laws to suggest suitable alternatives. Overall, the experience is highly recommended for those new to vaping or looking for reliable products and exceptional, person-focused service.

This is the best vape store I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of products. It's quite a distance to get there, but it's worth the drive.

Wonderful products, great helpful staff who explain everything-- from devices and flavors to what is or isn't legal in ever-shifting state laws! Small business, cool people!
