Omg.. The liverpool NY post office is by far the most unprofessional post office I have ever been to.. The person at the counter was RUDE and Very Disrespectful.. Hey sorry you had to do Your Job... wont go into detail.. But I went to the North Syracuse post office WoW !!!! what a pleasant experience.. Helpful.. Kind.. friendly.. even cracked a joke LoL.. I will drive out of my way to go there.. Never going back to Liverpool NY post office... Gave Liverpool 1 star only because I had to...

I have had my mail go to the wrong address several times. I know the carriers have a heavy workload. But, when my mail goes to the wrong address and is open and read. I find it disturbing. So, I just want to ask that delivery be more mindful when delivered. Janet

We stopped at the Cyprus St. USPS for a passport appointment. We were helped by Erick. He was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and fast. This location has been helpful and served the village community for decades. Thank you Erick.
