“I have been coming here for years and for years I’ve never had an issue or a bad experience. My last few visits there are new employees that are not as nice or seem to not care to be helpful. Especially the one today. Not sure of her name but she is working now on 7/25/24. I don’t expect anyone to roll out a red carpet but they could at least not seem rushed and nasty when I was the only customer. I’ll still give 4 stars because of my history here but pls speak with the employees about their attitudes. Not good for new customers.”
“Best smoke shop in North SYRACUSE. Ever since the 1st time I step thru the door I have been greeted with a smiling face and cheerful demeanor. Whether it be Sal, Mo or Sammy they are always upbeat, cheerful and eager to help. If you go stop in and you’re feeling down I guarantee by the time you leave you will be smiling! They just have the positive upbeat energy that makes you wanna smile ? I also love that they do raffles and try to give back to their community! Keep up the good work guys!”

She was very nice, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about the many aspects and benefits of cannabinoids. Great customer service and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since. Can't recommend the Syracuse Hemporium enough!”
“Every time I go in there, they are so descriptive, patient and even polite. It’s hard to come by nice workers these days. Especially the one guy he’s always helping in any way he can. I normally ask him what he would recommend and he’s definitely got great taste on vapes and juices. This will forever be my go to vape shop. Definitely 5 stars from me.”

I had such a terrible time today finding what I needed, wasting my time calling around and driving over 45 mins out of my way just for another smoke shop to tell me they had what I needed and then DIDNT !!
