I went into the Liverpool Verizon location with a couple of problems: needed a charger for my smart watch and better phone/data coverage while traveling. Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!

Went to this location with my teenage son who has a hard time with change but really needed an upgrade on his old old phone. Don was patient and explained everything and found a way for my son to get a new phone and trade in another old phone we had at home instead of his current one that he was having a hard time letting go of. My son happily agreed to upgrade his phone at that point. He loves his new phone, I upgraded my line as well and Don showed us how we can save with NFL Sunday ticket, Netflix, and Max through our existing Verizon account. Very pleased with our visit.

This is for the Verizon store in the village of Liverpool, NY. The Verizon rep, Armani, was very patient and attentive. This was a very complex transfer of a lost phone on a Spectrum account to an existing Verizon account while retaining the original lost phone number. After multiple calls to Spectrum and great help from Gail in Verizon Technical Support, we were able to make the transfer. Teamwork, thinking through the problem and sticking with it until success was achieve brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Five stars awarded without hesitation.

Armani and Anthony were both amazing to work with. Not only were they super friendly and knowledgable, they also took the time to answer all my questions, saved me a ton of money across streaming and phone services, and got me set up with everything i needed.
Highly recommend to everyone!

Went to this store yesterday to pay my bill, after having issues at another location. Don was extremely helpful and helped me with a issue no one else seemed to know how to fix. I highly recommend coming here. His customer service was above and beyond
