Great place! Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. Products order came very fast and they also helped with setting everything up and making sure I was satisfied before left I will always use this store before any other or even online...thanks again!!

My salesperson, Tanner was the most pleasant, helpful Verizon associate I’ve worked with. His ability to multitask between customers calling in for help while helping me set up my newly purchased phone is worth mentioning. His knowledge regarding additional benefits that may apply to my account was much appreciated. Overall great experience at this small Verizon store!

Go see Don! He helped me out with a new upgrade and helped me understand my new bill layout. There are a lot of moving parts with the Verizon bills these days and Don was able to break it down for me to understand the ins and outs. It is nice to support a local authorized Verizon shop such as this one in Liverpool versus the corporate Verizon's in the mall or Rt 31 where it seems that you are just another number... You can tell that Don truly enjoys helping out customers that walk through the doors there.I am a happy customer and I strongly recommend going to this Liverpool location the next time you need an upgrade or any VZW mobile questions answered.

Went there and 2 people were waiting one employee waited 20 mins and left. I called and asked for an appt they said no he instructed me to go to a corporate store. My guess is you just missed out on a $2000 (Samsung Fold 5 and watch) order by sending me to the corporate store. PS it was much easier to just call and order a new phone than to go to your store, so I guess I will be telling my employees that all have phones on our account (IBN) just call to order from now on. Big mistake that costs you thousands.

Don Miller is terrific! He has helped me several times. I drove by several Verizon stores nearer to me because I had met with Don while I was in the area. He's worth the extra mileage.
