A welcoming, homely place to get necessities, ice and firewood. The store is conveniently located close to the road leading up to Mongaup Pond state park. Obviously, selection isn't huge, but smartly stocked with what campers usually need.

My cousins and I were staying at the rose cottage and we went to the general store everyday. it is so fun to go and look at all the stuff they have and the ladies there are so nice and kind. everyone should go to this general store because it has everything you need for low prices and a great staff and service.

On an impromptu camping trip, this place had everything we needed for the night — grillables, beer, toothbrush, fishing bait and more. Really friendly staff as well. Will definitely be returning
