We had a bit of car trouble on my way from Brooklyn to the Catskills. We called ahead to make an appointment and our car had a full review, all fluids topped off, tire pressure checked, and an oil change. They found the source of my worry and had it adjusted. Everything was done in under an hour and a half, I got a neat invoice with all the points, and I got my little oil change sticker.

“Coming home from work at 6:30 am my son hit a patch of ice and went into a ditch. I called roadside assistance that is provided to me through State Farm and they were very helpful. Due to the car blocking a driveway it was listed as to be done as quickly as possible. From past experience with a different tow truck company it took eight hours to get a tow. The initial wait time said 55 to 85 minutes. 20 minutes later. AJ’s arrived and quickly pulled my sons car out of the ditch. Very quick, very helpful. Highly recommended.Service: Car towing”

“I had to get some damage on my 2023 gmc fixed from two different instances and brought it to Liberty collision and I couldn't be happier. I was pretty upset that I had damage on my new truck, but it's fixed like it never happened. One they had to remove the bed to fix the back cab and the back rail and you can't even tell anything ever happened. The other was the passenger door and its back to new. “Prestige deserves all of the high praise here. They were quick to come to my aid on July 4 (faster than the police did), then they came with two trucks: a tow and a flatbed. They were fast and efficient about flatbedding my car. Customer service did all they could to help me while the insurance company was not doing its job. Once they were able to do the work, they did it fast and well. When my car was ready, they released it to me even though the insurance company did not follow through; they didn't have to do that. The work they did looks fantastic, and they even cleaned out my car! Overall, the shop did fast, efficient, quality work, and customer service went above and beyond expectations (I was stuck at home for three weeks without my car, and they were patient with me).
