I feel so lucky to have the staff of the Locke, NY Post Office as my local Post Office. They are the friendliest, kindest, most gracious, patient, and thorough staff of any office I've ever visited or called. I ship a lot of packages, and they recently went the extra mile to locate and track two of my packages that hadn't had any updates in a week. Thank you for your superior customer service!

The Locke Post Office is great. They let all their postal customers know that the price of stamps was going up ahead of time so we could purchase stamps before the rate hike.

Barry and Bob have been amazingly great serving our Locke community at our post office all the years l have known them. They go above and beyond the call of duty to the point where they make our town feel like a family even though l have never heard one word of gossip from either of their mouths. They are as valued as if each was our town mayor. Losing them would feel like a catastrophe if it happened.

First time at Locke PO but will definitely be back. Love the personalized attention to detail and friendly staff! Convenient location and hours. The offices in smaller towns are a friendly staple and integral to the fabric of the community!

They are always very friendly and helpful at this post office. I recently stopped to buy some specialty stamps but they were sold out. Bob offered to try to find more of them for me. Eventually he did find some (at a PO near Washington state!) and left me a voicemail to stop in and get them. Above and beyond! Thank you!
