“I don't think I have EVER written a positive review for a car dealer. Let's face it, buying a car is typically not a good experience. There's a first time for everything - the whole experience at Basil Toyota was exceptional! We live about 100 miles away and used the SmartPath process to buy our truck WITH a trade-in via phone and text. Hannah's responsiveness was above expectation, the deal was fair, and we submitted our deposit just over an hour after making the initial inquiry. While we waited for the truck to arrive on lot from the manufacturing plant, Mike Otwell kept us in the loop and kept things moving. Mike was responsive, efficient, and honest - NOT a stereotypical "car salesman." We happily took delivery yesterday and Mike was very attentive and helpful in explaining the vehicle features and completing the sale. Patrick Noonan handled all the payment details efficiently, transparently, and QUICKLY. Everyone in the dealership was happy and friendly. Truly, it felt surreal. THIS is a CAR DEALERSHIP?!?!? “Drove down from Hamilton. Ontario Canada to check out some of the incredible stock. 30+ acres and 3000 vehicles, and lots of pre 2000 stuff. Salesperson Dan was incredibly helpful with digging thru old inventory for a bunch of the fossils I needed parts for, and was able to help me out eyes on the parts I needed. If you're looking for a honest auto recycler and a true "mom n' pop" family business to deal with that cares about their customer, this is the spot!

“Had a bolt in the tire, in a pinch I stopped at Walmart Auto Care in Lockport. Young fella named Carter B Checked me in within minutes, took my keys and proceeded to patch the tire and balance the wheel... he does it all! Hats of to the HR person that hired Carter B - he is an excellent employee... couldn't even get him to take a tip! Excellent work Carter. Thank you.”
