“Have been coming here for the past few years for service on my Escape. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. What I like is making an appointment for an oil change. I have been to other dealers that have a "quick lube". I have waited over 2 hours for my quick lube. The one downfall that I would point out is the waiting area is small and dated. But Micky D's is next door so you can go over for a coffee or bite to eat while you wait.”

“Due to a series of unfortunate events, we had to purchase 2 vehicles within 4 months. Our first vehicle was a 2023 Nissan Altima that we purchased from Mackenzie. She was such a pleasure to work with that I contacted her again when that car was totaled by a drunk driver (nobody was injured!). She was on maternity leave, but still responded immediately. She connected us with John “Coach,” who was also great to work with! We purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and we love it!! They both worked really hard to get us into a vehicle with the features that we were looking for, at a price we were comfortable with. You can’t go wrong with “Coach” or MacKenzie.”

I am a young woman just learning about cars on my own and was trying to find a reliable, honest mechanic. I have taken my Chevy Cruze to Mel's service multiple times for work and diags. I had been taking my car to the dealership but felt like I was being taken advantage of. John (I believe) was always honest and upfront and took care of any problems I have had. The most recent time I took it in for a diag on an oil leak, he had me come back twice throughout the week before telling me to go back to the dealership who had just previously worked on my car because I shouldn't have to pay after having this part replaced recently. I did not end up paying a penny for anything thanks to his advice.”

“I had asked if someone would be willing to set up a viewing for a used car I was interested in, by driving from Lockport to a local West Herr dealership in Rochester. Nobody raised an eyebrow. They were all about making sure I was a happy customer.
Preliminary paperwork was processed and price was decided upon before they drove it out to Rochester so they could leave the car with me if I was interested in the sale. They didn’t want to add a bunch of extra miles if there was no need.
My husband and I have been looking occasionally over the last year. I knew what I wanted. My Honda selection was everything I wanted and more. I had Garrett Wright as my salesman and he made this the simplest transaction I have ever had when related to an automobile sale.
So far I’m highly impressed with West Herr.
