“Have been coming here for the past few years for service on my Escape. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. What I like is making an appointment for an oil change. I have been to other dealers that have a "quick lube". I have waited over 2 hours for my quick lube. The one downfall that I would point out is the waiting area is small and dated. But Micky D's is next door so you can go over for a coffee or bite to eat while you wait.”

“Due to a series of unfortunate events, we had to purchase 2 vehicles within 4 months. Our first vehicle was a 2023 Nissan Altima that we purchased from Mackenzie. She was such a pleasure to work with that I contacted her again when that car was totaled by a drunk driver (nobody was injured!). She was on maternity leave, but still responded immediately. She connected us with John “Coach,” who was also great to work with! We purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and we love it!! They both worked really hard to get us into a vehicle with the features that we were looking for, at a price we were comfortable with. You can’t go wrong with “Coach” or MacKenzie.”
