Love this store but disappointed with the hamburger lately. When get the family packs. It is discolored in the middle and seems like mixing product. I will still shop here but this needs addressed.

Went to the carry out cafe at the wrights corners tops at 530 to order some wings. I couldn't order any because the worker was on break. What kind of manager puts a kid on break at suppertime in a carry out cafe?

Found the store to be adequately stocked and clean; assortment of donut selection was disappointing but bakery was loaded up on a variety of other items; staff was very friendly and helpful;

Won't be shopping here again... was stopped on my way out after using self checkout so the girl who wasn't paying attention could acuse me of not paying for all the items in my cart as I was literally picking the items up pfrom the self checkout to put them back into my empty cart. If u want to find people committing theft put your phones away and pay attention.... and maybe not too the people actually using the cash register but maybe to the people actually stealing!? I earn my money, not a their nor will i be message to feel like one..... so I'll be spending it elsewhere. BOYCOTTING TOPS for the rudest treatment yet!!!! This place is crazy awful.

Overall one of the worst run stores I have ever shopped in .many agree..most irritating are .floor workers .who don't have a clue and are ill mannered and rude. Furthermore. Always register back up or most lanes are closed. Complaining doesn't seem to help

When I go to the deli and ask for something to be done specifically, it's for a reason. So if I come in 1 more time and ask for the same thing and don't get it. It will be coming right back to you and I won't be pleasant about it. I don't think I should have to repeat myself more than 3 times to have it be wrong every time.

Aside from prices going sky high, my only other complaint is that there are never more than a couple registers open. I don't mind doing self checkout, but not if there are 15 other people standing in line to do it.

So, this was horrible! My mom had a knee replacement surgery. She was on a scooter. It was fully charger. We got up to the checkout. I went first. She came through and her scooter died. She got it to go again. It barely went forward. There was a line of people behind her. I tried pulling her. The lady behind her tried pushing her. My mom is not a big person. The cashier was laughing. My mom was not happy. She was clearly upset that she was stuck. We were asking for another scooter or a way to get her out. We asked for a manager. A lady came over. The manager lady was saying that she "didn't care if the scooter stayed there all night." We were telling her that my mom can't walk because she had surgery. The lady and cashier were laughing the whole time. I told them that it was not funny. I explained again that my mother just had surgery on her knee and cannot walk. My mom was clearly in distress. The lady finally got a cart guy to bring a scooter over, but he parked it way behind my mom. My mom hurt herself trying to squeeze between the candy rack and the scooter and had to walk with her cane, that she just happened to bring, to the scooter that he parked over behind the table behind her. My mom hurt her shoulder also that she had replaced not too long ago in the process. She was embarrassed by all this. No one should be laughed at in their time of distress. It was uncalled for. My mom has been shopping at Tops since I was a baby and I am sure before that. There is no reason for that.

Clean bathrooms. Employees are friendly. Good selections. Prices are typical.
The recycle/return area is usually dirty and cramped.
*bought taco rolls and half of them were pizza logs? Not a major complaint, but it wasn't what I wanted.
