I was passing through town in a rental car from Toronto. The car was making a bad grinding noise and the check engine light was on. I stopped in to Davis Auto and Donny helped me right away—even though it was clear he already had a full schedule for the day. I was so grateful for the help. I worked at the local Napa delivering parts to all the mechanics and auto shops and out of all the shops , Davis were definitely the most and Sincere and straight forward. That is what led me to them the first time i needed service on my Yota. They are always able to get my car done in the same day and are very responsive on social media , keeping you updated as much as possible . It's great to say " I gutta car guy " now lol . It can be difficult to find a mechanic you can trust and who is fair and honest. But Davis Auto is the place. Donny is the absolute best! I was worried about getting work done on my car because of all the hassle I’ve been through with others through out the years but he made sure I was comfortable and went out of his way to not only save me money(best price in town) but to educate me on what was going on. He fixed my car with no problem and very quick. Best of the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered at any mechanic shop.

We were traveling through from out of state and had a small issue that was causing major headache. Everyone else we stopped by told us they had at least a week wait to help us. We were leaving for Chicago the next day and couldn't wait that long, but also couldn't make the drive without some sort of fix. Davis Automotive went out of their way to get us a workable fix even though they were about to close and had other work to do as well. It was also a very minimal charge for what was for us a huge relief, and excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you so much for all your help and efforts!

Took my 392 Charger here to have my lowering springs installed, it turned out great, was done quickly and the price didn't change from what I was quoted to what I paid. Great service, will be using them again!
