Nothing but rude… First of all went here last year…. Bought a Brand New 24 Chevy from Texas. Had to have it inspected after the registration for NY. The man was rude and condescending. Fast forward time for new inspection, stopped here today with the same exact car 1 year old now and when I pull in everyone is standing around chatting. Two come over instantly telling me my car won’t pass due to tinted windows… Ummm I bought it that way literally brand new from the dealership and this is the way it came. You inspected it last year with zero complaints or comments. Kid says “Where here?” Yep! No, can’t be… These are after market tints. Nope, absolutely not. Bought it straight from the dealership that way. Had to wait for it to come in and you passed it last year. Nope, they won’t pass. Wouldn’t look up my record or anything just assumed I was lying, and they walked away. Ok no problem. Will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone I talk to knows to go elsewhere as well.

Terrible experience, got charged $21 for failed inspection, left front passenger tire had plenty of tread left, never again will I come here, not even for a car wash

Dont do it…. Went here because they are quick stood in line for 15 mins nobody said anything then the mechanic takes the guy behind me first! ( guess i was invisible) Stood around for another 5 mins still no hello so I left. Very inappropriate behavior for a business.

Always fast and friendly service. I went for just an oil change today, and the guys went above and beyond for me. They also discover a leak in my windshield washer fluid tank (thanks to a deer 🤦🏻♀️) and told me how to easily repair it. Highly recommend going there for your oil change, inspection, and other needs!

This place is a rip off !!! First off you have incompetent young kids ripping off your wheels and inspecting your vehicle for safety?!! But they don’t know how to properly put a tire back on … then they will try to fail you for anything so that they can charge you on the spot . Especially for it being a drive thru. Save your self and go down the st . This guy is a complete and total jerk! They will take advantage of you!! By the way if you do go make sure you bring your own tools because apparently they don’t provide them . ?!!!

Waited about 10mins and inspection takes about 15 minutes. Fast and easy. Highly recommended. Remember to bring cash as there’s a one dollar surcharge for cards.

I have been going here for years! Everyone is very nice! Only complaint is when they remove my inspection sticker the leave the old pieces of paper behind and also the glue from the old one is still there and hard to remove because it's so close to registration sticker. I use glue gone but it's oily so I have to be very careful! Hard to get way down in the dash!

Went to get my inspection done and was told I have to remove the Tints from my window. I was surprised by this because I never put tints on my window, this is the way the car looked when I drove it off the lot, It’s not modified in anyway. I brought the car down the street to a different place where they actually measured the level of tint on the window and said I am well within the passing limit.This place is out to get every possible penny that they can squeeze out of you Even if it means having you unnecessarily, remove something you don’t need to from your car.

Needed an inspection, only waited 10 minutes in line, inspection done in 20 minutes. They also have a car wash and do quick oil changes. Highly recommend.
