Make sure you save your receipt when you make a credit card payment at the store, I mistakenly threw mine out and they charged me a late fee , I know I paid it. the credit service did an investigation with Home depot and still had no record of me paying this is nothing but incompetence by the person who took my payment , it's also a scam I guess they can pick and choose when they want to register a payment, I have canceled my home depot card and will not be returning to any home depot in the future, ide rather drive an extra 20 minutes and give Lowes my money , I hope the person who took my payment enjoyed a night out on me ,review #2 just an attempt to make it look like your trying to help ,

If you buy something from Home Depot and it’s shipped to you and it arrives damaged. THEY DO NOT HELP YOU!!! THEY SEND THEIR CUSTOMERS ON A RUN AROUND !!! They inconvenience the customer by having the customer call manufacturer and warranty company etc. so far no one is helping and we have a cracked and leaking appliance. The customer should not buy something from you and then have to jump through hoops to get it picked up!!!. Home Depot got the money for the order and refuses to accept responsibility !!! Unacceptable!!! I would not order on their website!!!

Went to Home Depot to purchase a fridge. A mid range price a little over 1200, currently have a fridge at home leaking and are the reasons of the purchase. After misinformation from the sales lady in appliance it led to the delivery of the fridge having to be rescheduled. While rescheduling the same lady who sold the fridge at Home Depot before transferring me to a manager like I asked went ahead and canceled the order. Then more misinformation from the manager and the sales lady saying I should have my $1200 dollars back in 3-5 business days. After 8 business days and a leaking fridge in my kitchen I’m still left without $1200 and a fridge. When I called back they said I needed to come in to swipe my card for the return which I was not told. So I now still have to wait the weekend for the money to be returned all while a fridge is still leaking in my kitchen. I’ve been to many many Home Depot’s I would strongly steer clear of this location. From the management all the way around not a place you want to shop.

Home depot is one of my favorite stores. I can usually find what I need pretty quick. The only complaint I have is that it isn't easy finding someone when you need help.
