Last year they screwed up my taxes. I had to go through a lot to get them to sort it out. However, they tell me that due to their screw up I will owe money but that because I paid extra for the “peace of mind” I would be reimbursed without having to do anything extra. A year later I finally get how much I owe from the State and I pay it. I tell H&R Block, and it’s like they have no clue what I’m talking about and say I have to bring in proof and then they will open a claim, despite me being told one was already open when this started. I was also told I’d get a call back. I never got a call back, and then they tried rescheduling my appointment, which I said no because I needed answers and didn’t want to go to a different accountant till this was fixed and I work and could not just easily reschedule. The accountant didn’t know anything about the mistake. Now I am not sitting here and have been waiting for over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen despite having an hour for lunch. These people are unprofessional and messed up my taxes. Once this is resolved I will never return here, and would never recommend anyone wasting their time or money here.

The is my second year using this company for filing my taxes. This year Joan helped me file. She was kind and professional. The staff has been kind and helpful. I very highly recommend this place

I was charged almost $600 to have my taxes done this year because I do doordash and since I work my own hrs for them mind you I only made not even $2000 from doordash because I work a different jobSo I will never go here anymore way to expensive not when other places will do it for free

The tax professional who did my taxes was very knowledgeable. She gave use tips to help with next year's refund. We were in and out. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone going to this location she is amazing!
