People you don't want to get food here I'm telling you especially not subs! I seen the one long dark haired Girl making someone a sub while I was in there and she wasn't even wearing gloves and her hair was down and just hanging everywhere gross! Then when I said something she said I need to mind my own damn business! I was the only customer in the store at the time! My husband and I have both stopped ordering subs from there prior to this and I'm so glad we did! I got a premade sub with stale old burnt chicken fingers on it and I almost chipped my tooth trying to bite into it and my Husband got a sub with slimey tomatoes, onions and brown lettuce and rotten lunch meat and cheese that made him sick!

Beware.
The phone number to call and place an order for pick up all goes to one store.
I ordered chicken wings to pick up at the Lincoln Avenue location.
... The phone number on their website has the Lincoln Avenue location listed as the correct address.
I went to Lincoln Avenue and the store did not have the order.
I had to drive the extra miles to the Robinson Road location.
When I arrived to pick the order up, the Robinson Road location had no manager on duty to address this mess.
The employee told me it's a corporate issue.
Well Corporate needs to correct this.
Not ordering from Kenyons again until they straighten this out.

I'm leaving a review because this has now happened more than 3 times. Pumps wouldn't take cards at them. Had to go inside. Told cashier didn't even care.

Kenyons make sure you can't get a receipt at the pump so u might be tempted to buy some of there way over priced merchandise when you are forced into there store. People pay at the pump to save time.

I normally go to kenyons. My kids love those shakes they had at their facility. However we went three different times and they were all expired and when we brought it to their attention it wasn’t their concern they said the company brings them in. So I wrote to you guys after we were made to pay full price because you have to pay before you can make them and then asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give us one. So we were out for the 6 that we had purchased. The next time we checked again to make sure we didn’t get expired ones and my daugjter made hers while I was going over the expiration dates and the employee came over and said pay for the one you already mixed and we weren’t allowed to purchase anymore shakes since I didn’t pay first. I said we were here yesterday when we got expired ones we want to check for ones not expired and she said I don’t care they have a sign with the rules for a reason. I asked for the manager to call and still two months later no response not from manager or even corporate over the other ones we got that were expired. We have found quite a few times the milk has been expired and they have other food on shelves expired. I wish someone would have tried to make it right. We were getting those shakes every Tuesday and Thursday after my kids school day and we stopped supporting all together. Wish someone would actually care at the store

I actually live down the street from here . I applied for a job so fingers crossed but several good things about this store. One : it’s always clean. Even the floor in the winter . Two all prices are displayed with out you having to look for them . Three the staff is always professional and friendly . The new remodel is incredible and really good upgrade . They participate in the marathon make it count program.

Last 3 sub orders in the past month or so have netted me a sub seemingly half the size of the good old Kenyon's standard . Why why? Kenyon's was the best deal.and quality in town . Not anymore . Many of my friends are sharing the same experience . Don't let your loyal customers down and force them.to.go elsewhere ..don't rock the boat and change your winning edge . Bring the old standard back ..please. let's get back to the winning tradition

Got 3 cold subs from here today took 40 mins and the subs have hardly any meat on them all we taste is cheese.. From now on I go to the kenyons on Robinson rd for a better sub.
