Lockport Outdoor Store is an incredible store with wonderful service and an awesome selection. It is a perfect place to shop for boots, outerwear, and gear. The store carries a huge and wide selection of quality stuff, including warm outdoor boots, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, socks, hats, gloves, and flannel. The selection is more than anywhere else.
The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, cool, and polite. They provide incredible, extremely helpful service and personal care, always helping to find whatever you are looking for and answering any questions. The help received is exceptional.
Prices are more than fair, low, and good, even when compared to online mega retailers. The quality of the product is excellent. It is a great place for winter gear and for both men and women. Customers have been going for a long time and continue to recommend it to others.
I brought my son to look for boots to wear in Alaska. Josh was pleasant, patient, attentive and did an amazing job helping my son find the right pair of boots. He even gave my son his military discount, as he recently graduated from the US Coast Guard boot camp.
