I’ve never written a review good or bad in my life but this was such a terrible experience. Communication from start to finish was horrible. Was treated very poorly. After having to return my car for the time slot being well over an hour of what they told me, I had to go back a third time because my exhaust was hanging almost touching the ground. I’m more mad with the way I was talked to than anything with my car. Wesley the manager was so rude and unprofessional. He tried to make it right by picking my car up and bringing me a loaner, while at my house he was mad that I “inserted” my sister who also works at west herr for help after being treated disrespectfully. I could go on and on this is vague compared to what I experienced. At the end of the day I just wanted my car fixed and was told they were great. Very disappointed.

I have been going here for a couple years now ever since I got my new car. They are reasonably priced for a first come first serve shop. Mostly just get oil changes and smaller stuff done here but have heard some people getting more major jobs done here as well. Wait times aren’t bad either. Recently all dealerships systems had been hacked making it more difficult to do paperwork and write ups, even w this annoying issue I was outta there in about an hour and a half for an oil change, spark plugs, manual transmission fluid flush and coolant flush.

Quick Lane of Lockport is My place to take my vehicle for repairs. Talk about great customer service & the way their customer service will take care of you getting back & forward to your home while they fix your vehicle right the 1st time around . Every time I go in here for an oil change, the customer service is impeccable. You can't get better people working on your automobile. An oil change in and out for an hour. Just over 100 bucks. Can't go wrong
