Chris & Larry are always extremely helpful to me! Since I work nearby, if I ever need anything done I try to drop my car off in early AM. They always have it done for me by lunch or end of the day.

Clerk was surly and rude. Got billed a nebulous $100 diagnosis charge. Clerk tried to upsell me a $1100 repair that is charged $600 for elsewhere. Never going back, actively warning family and friends against going there.

I had to go to Monroe for some exhaust pipe repair. I spoke with Larry and he was able to take care of the problem and fix it pretty fast. I've been going to him and the other service techs there ever since. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

2 times I went to this place and they messed up, 1st time they didn't check my roof of my vehicle when lifting it almost damaging my antenna then second round to get my headlight alignment and they didn't even bother to check they are pointing in spec so now Everytime I drive people flash their lights at me, they really need confident people working for this company but for now avoid these scandals

Fantastic! My husband called one late afternoon to see if we could get in sometime in the upcoming week for a quick look at our super loud exhaust issue and Lawrence agreed to squeeze us in the very next day. The technician (R. Marullo) looked at the car and knew right away what the issue was. I was told the price and if I had wished to proceed I said yes and it was taken care of right away! Cannot believe how quickly it was able to be taken care of. You can watch your vehicle being worked on the whole time. Place is clean, staff is friendly, prices are very reasonable. Excellent service. We will only come here from now on!!! Thanks again!

Wow , found a great place to take my truck in Lockport. They treated me with respect and helped me out with a lot of questions I had. Their prices are fair and they were honest with all their answers. They even gave me a military discount! Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend them. You can trust them.
