They have very bad attitude I went to the bank to get change $10 bills for my ATM and the short fat lady give me hard time about it I will definitely not go back over there

NEVER in my adult life have I experienced such horrible and, worse still, inept service - and the transaction was very simple. I am very patient when involved in any situation were there is some degree of complexity. I really am. But seriously, it was almost comical how they neither know nor care if they know what they are doing. For an organization that likes to consider itself as having a "big footprint" in the industry they sure go out of their way to make life difficult for clients.

I just started using this branch about a month ago but I already love it. I'm always in and out really quick and the tellers are very friendly. Also, the branch manager, Chris Marra was very helpful in helping me to select what type of account to go with.
