Why bother having a drive-thru if you don't know how it works. It's not an extension of the line inside the bank, you take care of your drive-thru and keep it moving instead of taking care of one person at the drive-thru and than going back to your customer desk and working that line. We are in a hurry, the drive-thru is a line all it's own, so when there are multiple cars in the drive-thru you need to have a person clear that line! It was 32 minutess before I got to the tube and there was only 2 people in front of me. That is horrible service! DO BETTER!

I would give this branch zero stars if possible. Absolutely the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure to deal with.

So I opened my account online 2 weeks ago and deposited my paycheck, and after 3 business days of waiting for it to clear I decided to go in to the branch located at 5737 S Transit Rd, Lockport, NY 14094 were I was told by the rudest , Uncarismatic, and most unpleasant teller "you should have seen in the terms and conditions that there is a 5 day hold for all new customers ". After she basically told me that there is no way for me to access a dollar of my hard earned money I took out there email and explained that it didn't say that anywhere. I then asked what I needed to do to close my account since there was no way to access even a small amount of my funds and she said that she couldn't void or cancel my account until after my finds clear In 5 days. Long story short PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2X before opening up an account especially if the money your depositing is needed for everyday living because you WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCESS IT FOR 5 DAYS.

Went after lunch hour ....still waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line. Terrible customer service. Cars literally out to the street waiting. Management needs to do better!

I have been a customer for over ten years at M & T. Lockport's branch is understaffed every Friday I visit. One teller! Typical wait time is 15 minutes. The locations in Clarence and Tonawanda are great because they are staffed with enough people.

The bank makes you go inside to get money out of a checking account not use the drive thru. What bank does that. A lot better options out there

I love M&T bank, the one I normally go to in Clarence has excellent customer service, great hours, helpful employees, and a friendly atmosphere. This bank (5737 S Transit Rd., Lockport) is the complete opposite of the Clarence branch. The tellers are bitchy, rude, mean and unprofessional at times. This bank is on my way to school, so the few times I have gone here I have regretted it. The ATM machine is outdated and takes exceedingly long times to complete a simple money withdrawal. The tellers inside the bank don't smile, have rude attitudes and give you the feeling that they are miserable. If I didn't routinely go to the Clarence Branch I would never want to bank with M&T because of this horrible customer service I received at the Lockport branch.
