Unfortunately, one of my Jeep Renegades key fobs were stolen. I came into the Lockport West Herr service department- tired and frustrated from the entire situation. Of course, I was also scared that the same person would come back and take my car. Thankfully, I was met with kindness from Frank, and the other service members. They were beyond helpful and fully explained every option before making any decisions. I was able to leave the same day, with a newly programmed key fob and a sense of relief!

Matthew, at West Herr Lockport, is hands down the best car salesman around. He is friendly, knowledgeable, very communicative, efficient, patient, and makes it very easy to understand the seemingly confusing vehicle jargon. We came in with our price point and Matt worked hard to get us to where we needed to be. Matt ensured we were fully informed on not only our vehicle of choice, before making our purchase, but he also compared other similar vehicles for us to ponder on. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Matt! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The experience was awesome!! Ryan Woodward at West Herr Chrysler Dodge in Lockport was great!! I didn’t quite know what model of car I wanted and he got me into each type I wanted to test drive!! Finally decided on a Dodge Charger and with Ryan’s knowledge of all the purchasing options I would eligible for, got me into a brand new 2023!! I recommend talking with Ryan and have the best experience just like I did with the whole West Herr Team!!! Thank you again Ryan for making this an awesome experience!!!

I had to bring my new car in because it had yellow paint from the road all over the side from bumper to bumper. Kim in the collision department is amazing. She really took the time and went over everything with me and made sure she looked my car over really well. She kept in contact with me and was very knowledgeable about my situation. I would recommend West Herr to anyone, we have bought several cars from them and never experienced any problems.

Ben and Tom were amazing. After my vehicle was totalled in an accident that wasn't my fault. These two took all my picky must haves and found me the perfect vehicle checking all the boxes. Ben was able to get me approved by working with the banks to let them know my current vehicle and loan would be totalled out, and got me my perfect brand new vehicle in less than 24 hours. I went from Friday with no car to driving home with one on Wednesday less than 24 hours after my vehicle was officially declared a total loss. They were amazing and took a stressful situation into a simple easy process taking one less worry off my plate (and with a new better vehicle and lower interest rate). Thanks guys!!! You really made the situation more bearable for us!! We will forever be grateful for your amazing assistance and doing everything to make us whole again after a terrible situation. We would have been completely lost without your help!! You guys are the best!!

Went in to have tire sensors checked after upgrading wheels on Wrangler. Long story short, they messed it up and only found out after I got home. They seemed to work fine until then.Good news is they took care of the issue right away and made sure not to charge me anything. Service advisor was great thru all this.Places screw up sometimes, but it's what they do when that happens that separates the good from the bad.All in all pretty happy with these guys.

My wife brought her 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to this location several months ago for an oil change. One of the techs absent-mindedly forgot to put the nut on her oil pan. Unbeknownst to her, when she left the dealership, all of the oil drained from the engine. While in line at Tim Hortons, all of the vehicle warning lights turned on. She returned to the dealership where a massive puddle of oil sat where her vehicle was initially parked after said oil change (she has photos). Since then there have been major issues regarding overheating. In fact, the service adviser, Bret confirmed my suspension of a cracked head due to the overheating caused by the oil starvation. Long story short, they refused to fix their screw up. This is after weeks (1 month) of them having her vehicle and replacing a faulty starter purchased from them in the first place. The GM (Tony Farina) admitted fault, but here we are with the same issue, which is unresolved, and an unreliable vehicle due to their negligence.

I stopped in to look at a new vehicle here and was disappointed. First off there was no one to greet me at the showroom desk and while plenty of people were standing around no one approached me, I felt ignored actually. Finally a young lady who was very pleasant noticed I was standing there with that deer in the headlight look asked if I needed something. I asked about a particular vehicle and she said there way in the back, take a look at them and come back in if I’m interested. That wasn’t the response I was expecting from a auto group as large as this company. Anyways I took the long long walk all by myself and found the vehicle I liked, so much so I’m going drive 42 miles south of this location to hopefully purchase one.My advice to this West Herr location is a little less football sponsorship and a little more effort on customer service

My experience with Grace at West Herr in Lockport was the best! This was my first purchase as an adult, and a big moment for me. Grace was super helpful throughout the process which at times took some turns that were disappointing but in the end I am so happy with my new Jeep!! Thanks Grace & West Herr!

We stopped in randomly one morning and explained to Ryan what we were looking for. Immediately he was so happy to help and excited get into something that not only I liked but the payments would be what we needed. Throughout this whole experience he was very informative and understanding of our needs.Ryan always had a smile on his face and was happy to answer any of the questions we had He made this whole process as smooth as it could be. I would definitely recommend him if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Worked with Felix on finding my new car. I was completely unsure about what type of vehicle I wanted and Felix helped me narrow down to fit my current needs. He was very patient when I changed my mind halfway through the process to go with a different vehicle. I will work with him again the next time I’m vehicle shopping.

My lease was up and i had been looking to buy a car instead of leasing again. I went to 2 other dealerships before this and both dealerships tried to talk me into something i did not want. I told Sam exactly what i was looking for and what i wanted my payment to be. Not only did she find me the perfect car but it was within my budget and the whole process was hassle free! Won’t be shopping anywhere else in the future!!! Thank you again girl!

Oh where to begin. If I could put 0 stars I would have. My vehicle was towed in on Monday morning. I didn’t not hear anything back from service until Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday I got a phone call from Alex (from service). Alex was polite at the time and informed me of my vehicles issues and the amount it would cost depending on what I chose to do. After Alex and I AGREED on a price, he told me my vehicle would be ready for pickup Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday at the latest. Tuesday passes, no update. Wednesday evening rolls around and I have no update. I call back and leave a message. My call is returned from somebody else that tells me none of Alex’s techs work in the shop on Wednesday… what shop does the entire service department close on Wednesday and why was I told my vehicle would be ready that day? Thursday, I receive a text saying my vehicle is ready and I was given a price that is $200 more than what was agreed upon. When I went into pick up my vehicle the same person (Alex) tells me that he has no clue where I got the original figure from (that we discussed over the phone) and basically called me a liar. Eventually he agreed upon the original price just to get me out of his face, and could not even figure out where this $200 charge came from, it made me feel as if I was trying to be taken advantage of because I’m a woman.TL:DRAlex from service was extremely unprofessional and rude, the prices are already high as it’s a dealership and the customer service was awful throughout the entire process. I was lied to multiple times and will never be back. I would avoid this place at all cost.
