Me and my fiance go to Speedway since we moved to Lockport for 4 years recently they have a new manager and he has refused to get and restock the products in the cooler you can clearly see what she wanted in back and he told her he wasn't going to get her it.A few days later she asked if they were going to get a certain scratch off they been out and his response was he has them but didn't feel like getting them. Now today at 745 this evening we'd Feb 28 2024 she had bought a can of something to drink paid for it then had 4 bucks in change and wanted to spend it on a couple scratch offs and again refused to take the change and told her he would accept it if she needed gas to get somewhere. But not for a scratch off ticket. Wonder if he would said that if it was my kid that wanted to spend her piggy bank change. This store also will sell scratch offs all night but won't cash your winner's in even if only one buck. Or in day time they told me they didn't have 200 hundred bucks to pay me when I just bought ticket from them.how about charging bottle deposit but won't take bottle back.the new manager seems to have a problem with females he is so nasty and degrading the way he speaks to females and he don't seem to do that too men is customer service and customer relations is horrible

Employees are unprofessionally rude and nasty ! Always have attitude or something sarcastic to say to me for some reason. I happen to be black and legally blind, so she's either Prejudiced or she has something against the disabled Or both the manager Dawn was right there and let her belittle me in front of other customers and never said a word.

Stopped in for gas and a lighter, I eventually just used my card at the pump because the only employee on was too busy listening to music with both earbuds in. I had to repeat myself 3 times for a lighter. Poor customer service, management needs to hire smarter

The staff here are always in a great mood. Very friendly. Great place to gas up your vehicle, grab a coffee or cold drink. They sell snacks, drinks, tobacco products Lottery tickets and more.

Everytime i come here their money order machine don't work. So they claim. The one girl even told me their to lazy to log in. Wow.
