They were absolutely awful when my dad passed away, and I had power of attorney. He banked here for 50 years through their various name changes. They gave nothing but a hassle. I took my own business elsewhere. This was the Lockport location.

Not sure of one of the bank managers name but he was really helpful resolving an issue with my elderly grandmother's account, very professional and compassionate. Some dude with red hair and a beard? thanks dude who ever you are!

Recently went there for a promo they offerd. Presented my mail promo offer to them. Gave them my deposit and direct deposit for the ptomo. Come to find i only got half the amount of the promo. They forgot to tell me i needed a greater amount for the deposit to get the full amount. There customer rep donot know there products well..stay away from this bank. I will have nothing to do with them after this.

Less than helpful. My Dad recently got admitted to a nursing facility in FL where he lives part of the year). He wanted to add me to his account to pay his bills. I have a power of attorney which could easily be faxed or emailed. But they told me that's not possible because I would physically need to bring it into the branch (I live in WA state, no locations) and suggested he close his account and go elsewhere. His social security and military retirement are direct deposited in this account that he's had for years, which would make more complications. Definitely not customer service oriented. Hopefully they never have to deal with a situation like this themselves.

Wouldn’t recommend dealing with the branch manager here. She’s a real unpleasant women who can’t have her own staff follow the same rules from week to week. Absolutely no personality and comes with a “real great” attitude.

I worked with Kevin K. who is a professional to the professionals. He explains everything very well AND his products are well researched. And he is not after my money for the simple fact that he told me to to wait about a year then do some investing. If I could have 2 people in my life that I could trust 100% would be 1st my Banker and then my Lawyer. I am super blessed to have these people in my life watching out for me. Two ? ? up! What a great time to be alive.

Just look at their hours… 9-4 everyday but Friday. So anyone that works can’t bank with them except for 2 hours on Friday and 3 hours on Saturday. Takes the joke bankers hours to a whole new level. Not sure who their intended customers would be.

Very rude staff if your calling with a problem they caused the lady who picks up the phone gives you a nasty attitude and hangs up in your face, they refuse to answer questions about your own money they are an absolutely terrible bank that needs to either be re staffed of shut down entirely they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd give them a negative 5 if I could they are seriously the worst bank I've ever experienced.

Horrible bank. Their fees are outrageous, and the manager of the Lockport branch is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with my entire life. You couldn’t pay me to bank with them again.

Tried phoning this branch and after 3 phone calls and about 50 rings someone finally picked and when I commented that I figured I had the wrong number I was told that everyone was busy with customers and she'd only answered to take my name and number. Iknow this is a smaller bank, but it's 2019 for crying out loud - they've had this thing called voice mail and auto attendant for over 3 decades now ... c'mon Northwest, do better!

Spoke to a Brenda, very rude and gave me attitude from the moment she picked up and asked for my name. Basically, if you call past banking hours there is no one there with any actual authority to do anything. All they can do besides helping you with account settings is email your branch. Definitely switching banks, it seems once a year I have an issue and Northwest Customer Service is unable to help in any fashion and I end up having to go in the branch anyway. Wish they never took over my First Niagara Location. Wish my location was one Key took over so I never have to deal with Northwest again. Lost my service and I will be certain never to recommend them to anyone.

I truly dislike this branch. No greeting upon drive thru. No appreciation for my business. Fake smiles if any smile at all. I never feel welcomed by anyone. I rather drive out my way to bank at another branch rather than go here ever again.
