PLEASE do not buy any animals from this place! I bought a snow hognose (my first snake ever) from them last November at an expo and his name was Fruit Loop. He just passed away yesterday. He showed symptoms of crypto. The person selling him to me lied about his age, the husbandry he needed, and how many times he ate. Once I talked to an actual reputable breeder about Fruit Loop’s conditions and followed their suggestions, it was too late. I am devastated that I lost him, my sassy boy. I was so excited to watch him grow bigger.
I am afraid that the other snakes they are mass producing are also infected. Seeing other people’s reviews of their actual store and how they are always defending themselves in the comments on here, shows how little they care about the animals and clients. If I had known the reviews beforehand I would never had bought from them. I also saw on their receipt when I bought Fruit Loop that they state no refunds but can replace the animal. I believe it’s because they know they are selling sick animals to make a quick buck. No other snake can replace Fruit Loop. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did and loose a best friend.

I visited this store today in hopes of finding a turtle, or at least to see what they offer. I was very impressed with the selection. I was a lot less impressed after being there for only 15 minutes and finding 6-10 dead animals. I can’t believe this store is still open. I visited in the late afternoon, hours after the store had been open. There’s really no excuse for how these animals are being cared for, very clearly. I don’t think it’s a matter of opinion when there are dead snakes, turtles, axolotls, fish, very out in the open as well. A DEAD BOA CONSTRICTOR. Also not for nothing, but why does poor Chauncey only ever scream “Stop it!” and “What are you doing? Stop it!” I feel like I see fear and pain in his eyes. Yikes!

I absolutely love this place it's like a mini zoo I take my kids here just to have them look at all the different animals . This store has a wide variety of animals and the prices are fair . It can use a nice through cleaning though I fear the parrots are uncomfortable how close they are together they always look so stressed out but still they have a beautiful variety of parrots . I love this place besides the small fixes that needs to be done . I brought all my animals from here so I recommend coming here .

Drove a long distance to look at their dogs. The cashier informed me that as of December, they no longer have dogs. It’s May of the following year and their website still has dogs listed as something they sell. This place has been mismanaged for years and my time and gas was wasted.
Reply: You can clearly see the address in the screenshot I posted. How do you not know what your own website looks like?

DO NOT COME HERE. First thing I seen was a snake dead in a tank, they have two tanks that have three massive pythons all cohabitating, they also cohab bearded dragons (there were 6 adult beardies in a 20 gallon that all had nub tails that is caused due to fighting as they are solitary reptiles and shouldn’t be together) not to mention the tails were turning black which is early stages of necrosis. Next there were the pac man frog tanks which there were maggots in… every single tank either had not cleaned poop, old shed, cohabbing solitary reptiles, or simple just way too small of a space even if it’s temporary until sold. Also none of the tanks had a way to monitor how hot it was and the glass was hot to the touch. There was also a tortoise flipped over that we watched for 10 minutes trying to flip himself back over and the way he was he just couldn’t so we informed a worker and we’re just told he can do it on his own…clearly he can’t and if they are flipped for too long they can get organ damage. Over all this store needs to be shut down and they have way too many animals that they don’t have the space for or the funds to provide the vet care they need and housing. Please do not buy any animals from here as they aren’t cared for properly and go to your home sick and with the wrong advice on how to take care of them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you want a amazing pet store that actually takes care of their reptiles and small animals and fish properly go to Buffalo pet supply on military

Nice animals, but could be better kept. Also, very crowded and small. Was going to get a parakeet, but the birds looked sick. Wasn't worth the risk.

This store looks cool but they don’t take good care of there animals at all. They have a second story above where they keep all of there sick animals and all there dead animals up there because they don’t care for them. This place is dirty. They let the poor dogs sit in the small kennels all day with no attention. This place has mites all over in the back. They are overpriced and bring in sick animals. Never buy from here. If you want somewhere to go to go to Avalon’s exotics in north Tonawanda. If I can give them 0 stars I would. The animals come from the wild and some are not healthy or on there last leg very dissapoinfed. I would never come here again. ???

Smelly and crowded with merchandise. Sickly looking animals.
